The staff provided warm service. Alice made a very good omelette during breakfast and even used a separate pan who do not eat ham. Cleanliness and maintenance were perfect in the rooms and common areas. The bed provided a comfortable rest, thanks to quality bedding and good soundproofing.
check-in was SO slow! and the receptionist seemed unfamiliar with invoice issuance.

i really liked the staff were so kind and helpful. the lobby had plenty of seats and felt airy. i found it convenient being close to the beach with good restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was clean i found.
i noticed that i must ask for basic items like tea bags. this felt a bit odd for the price i paid, but it did not ruin my stay.

The breakfast had lots of choices, I thought. The cleaning service was superb. You could tell the cleaner went the extra mile. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room.
Check-in was really slow. The receptionist seemed unfamiliar with issuing invoices for payments at the hotel.

the hotel offered a rooftop pool and bar. these spaces felt inviting and were properly maintained. the information desk assisted me in checking in for my next flight, because i could not translate the webpage. this service was helpful.
i found the lack of resources in the room noticeable. water bottles cost 10 brl. i also had to request a hair dryer. additionally, there was no kettle available, thus no complimentary tea bags.
